International real estate firm Savills is appointed as the lead agent for the sale of the retail podiums at Park Ivy and Park Summit ("The Property"), both located close to the Olympic MTR Station, via a public tender which will close at noon, 13 February 2023 (Monday). The podiums are to be sold on an "as-is" basis with existing tenancies.

International real estate firm Savills is appointed by the order of the Receiver as sole agent again for the sale by private treaty of 23/F of Bank of America Tower (known as "The Property") after the complete transactions of the whole floor at Capital Centre and two office spaces in Wan Chai. A rare whole floor in the high floor zone of the prestigious office building, the property that comes with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and urban skyline is to be sold with three car parking spaces and with vacant possession for an asking price of HK$500 million.

Savills Services Group (“the Group”) recently organised a fun day celebrating the completion of its table tennis course for staff, inviting former Chinese National Table Tennis Team player Chen Ke to demonstrate her skills for close to 70 employees and family members. Graduates of the course were presented with table tennis bats autographed by Li Ching and Ko Lai-chak, silver medallists in the men's doubles table tennis event at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Ko also congratulated the course graduates in the video and encouraged the promotion of a healthy, active culture in the workplace.
