Panattoni, the world’s most active developer, has launched the development of another manufacturing plant in the Silesia region. The developer is to provide a BTS centre in Knurów to Fortaco Group, the leading European strategic partner for international clients from the heavy off-road machinery and maritime industry sectors. The EUR 17 mln project will provide around 200 jobs and will improve the internal manufacturing processes at Fortaco. Savills advised the Fortaco Group during the leasing process.

Savills: Omnioffice opens serviced offices in Grzybowska Park

Serviced office provider OmniOffice has signed up to join the tenants of Grzybowska Park, adding flexible office spaces to the building’s offer. It leased the entire fourth floor, totalling 1,400 sq m. The owner of the office building in Grzybowska Street in Warsaw is Deka Immobilien, which was represented in the transaction process by real estate advisory firm Savills.
The intersection between office and personal life is increasing

Savills and serviced office operator WorkLounge have organized a discussion named Work & Live 2024. The discussion focused on the office market and work trends. It pointed out that the intersection between office and personal life is increasing. In fact, that employees' personal lives increasingly influence companies' decisions about choosing the most suitable office, and that employees consider working from home for the convenience of a home office or close commuting distance to work. All four speakers also agreed that the office market is currently influenced mainly by the economic situation and by work trends related to the possibilities of working from anywhere.
