International investor acquires distribution centre in Beverwijk, the Netherlands

A private investor has sold a distribution centre at the Gaasterland in Beverwijk. The business space comprises over 10,000 sq m and the property is located on a plot of private land of over 14,000 sq m.

This distribution centre is located at a strategically strong location due to its location between highways A9 and A22 and only a 20 minute-drive to from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. With over 600 companies situated at this location, this is a convergence of diverse businesses. The diversity of this business park is seen as a true strength.
