Savills Hong Kong Completes Transaction of the Retail Podium of Wealthy Garden, Kwai Fong for HK$310 million

International real estate firm Savills has successfully facilitated the sale of G/F – 3/F, 208 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Fong (the “Property”). The Property has been sold, including existing tenancies, for HK$310 million to China Resources Longdation Company Limited. With a total gross floor area of approximately 21,664 square feet, the Property was transacted at an unit price of approximately HK$14,309 per square foot.

International real estate firm Savills has completed the first major transaction of 2024 with the sale of 25 – 26 A&B, Lugard Road, The Peak, Hong Kong ("The Property"). This two-storey detached house spanning over 10,000 square feet was sold for HK$838 million to a Chinese investor. The Property has a total site area of approximately 23,374 square feet, with a maximum gross floor area of around 11,687 square feet, resulting in an approximate unit price of HK$71,703 per square foot.
