International real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as property manager for Mogilska 35 Office in Krakow. The six-floor office building is one of the latest office projects delivered in southern Poland by Warimpex.

Logport expands its portfolio, it acquires an industrial hall in Kladno

Savills negotiated the sale of a warehouse owned by ITB Transito s.r.o., to Logport Development s.r.o. The industrial hall is located in a well-established industrial zone in the southern part of Kladno and has a rentable area of almost 3,600 sq m with the possibility of expansion up to 7,000 sq m.
Savills: Increase in office occupancy rate in Warsaw steadily rises, reaching 55%.

Average office occupancy rates across eight major European markets have risen in the last six months from 55% to 57%, says Savills, however on Tuesdays and Wednesdays the average is 64% and 62% respectively, closer to the pre-pandemic rate of circa. 70%.

Savills negotiated a pre-lease of warehouse space for Flosman s.r.o., a Czech company engaged in the retail and wholesale of food and pharmaceuticals. The lease covers 8,000 sq m of warehouse and almost 600 sq m of office space in the CSPPark Planá NL project. The hall is planned to be operational in the third quarter of next year.
