Developer CSPP to build a new logistics centre for Flosman in Planá nad Lužnicí

Vít Kratina, Director of Logistics at Flosman, says: "The new hall is strategic for us for several reasons. The location of the new logistics centre in Plana is ideal for servicing our current stores and customers, as well as for covering the whole Bohemia region. We will consolidate our existing three warehouses in Mladá Vožice, Pelhřimov and Příbram into this modern logistics centre. This will significantly improve the efficiency of our operations. We are also planning a chilled food warehouse here. For the Moravia region, we have recently opened a new warehouse in Kroměříž."

Dušan Drábek, Associate Director Industrial Agency at Savills, adds: "As this was client´s major strategic decision, the search for a suitable location and developer was based on a thorough analysis of many factors such as traffic flows, capacity, technical parameters of the warehouse and the level of project readiness. The CSPPark Planá NL project was selected as the optimal solution as it best fulfilled the client's needs."
