SynVest buys commercial property De Stroom 2 in Hoogeveen, The Netherlands

SynVest Dutch RealEstate Fund has acquired a warehouse, located at De Stroom 2 in Hoogeveen, the Netherlands, from Logistics Sun B.V., an investment entity under management of M-Tower Group Ltd, The building comprises 6,384 sq m LFA., divided into 2,000 sq m of office space and 4,384 sq m of industrial space.

The sigle-tenant building has an energy label A, and is fully leased to TenneT, a Dutch-German transmission system operator. The year of construction is 1997, with a renovation in 2020.
