Savills and Hoang Huy Expand Partnership with Hai Phong Property

Savills is proud to collaborate with Hoang Huy Group on another project. Savills is already the property management agent at two of its other high-end projects, Gold Tower (Ha Noi) and Hoang Huy Commerce (Hai Phong). Gold Tower is a mixed-use office, commercial, and apartment complex in Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi, which is popular with local and foreign residents and tenants. Hoang Huy Commerce is on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Hai Phong, and has more than 2,400 apartments.

Hoang Huy Grand Tower is at 2A So Dau, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong. The mixed-use project comprises a shopping centre, more than 800 apartments and 16 shophouses. The property and its occupiers have diverse demands. Savills has more than 25 years of experience in Viet Nam and is well-versed with complex properties and how to deliver high-end services that uphold international standards. Savills will work closely with the on-site teams from the pre-opening stage, through handover, and throughout operations. Property Cube is Savills homegrown proptech application that empowers residents to book services, liaise directly with the property management teams, make payments, and access amenities. Apart from delivering good customer experiences, Property Cube tracks operational procedures and resource use, which means the teams have accurate data to help improve efficiency, maximise outcomes, minimise operational costs, and streamline services.
