Savills Appointed as Property Manager at Hoang Huy Commerce in Hai Phong

Hoang Huy Group has appointed Savills Viet Nam as the property manager for Hoang Huy Commerce in Hai Phong; the deal signifies their solid partnership. The addition means Savills now services over 100 properties in Viet Nam.

Hoang Huy Commerce is in Vo Nguyen Giap, close to Ho Sen – Cau Rao 2. It has direct links to AEON Mall, Cat Bi Airport, Hai Phong Opera House, and Hai Phong Railway Station. It is also close to several other projects by Hoang Huy Group, including an apartment project, Hoang Huy Grand Tower, and a villa complex, Hoang Huy Riverside.

The premium property spans 16,600 m2 and has brought 2,500 apartments to market. It offers residents diverse amenities, including a shopping centre, an infinity pool, and a sky resort.

To ensure high-end services and smooth operations from the word go, Hoang Huy Group has engaged with Savills from the pre-opening phase. Savills curated specialised management solutions and financial, engineering, and service systems. It has also already started training staff. The systems will ensure streamlined operations and efficient and transparent accounting and budgeting.
