BRG Group and Savills Property Management Strengthen Partnership with Berriver Jardin

2022 was an active year for Savills Property Management. It expanded its portfolio and strategic partnerships with prominent developers. The department expanded in Hai Phong with its partnership with Hoang Huy Group. Savills solid partnership with BRG Group includes Grade A office development BRG Tower (Ha Noi), BRG Legend (Hai Phong) and Berriver Jardin (Ha Noi).

Berriver Jardin is a mixed-use complex with a shopping centre, offices and more than 470 premium apartments. The building is on Nguyen Van Cu Street, providing easy access to the city centre and neighbouring provinces like Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, or Hai Duong. To meet the rising demand for green living, Berriver Jardin was designed by West Green Design, a Canadian firm famous for its sustainable philosophy in architecture and landscape design. The project delivers green spaces and a variety of amenities like a swimming pool, play areas, and an outdoor sports area.

A significant part of the partnership is Savills experience in implementing sustainable management and operational systems that ensure ESG compliance. Savills is a pioneer in the space with years of experience.
