Savills appoints Head of Hotel Valuations, SE Asia

Savills is pleased to announce the appointment of leading market specialist, Greg Condon as Head of Hotel Valuations for South East Asia.

An industry veteran of almost 20 years, Condon brings with him a wealth of global experience having worked extensively throughout South East Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Based in Bangkok, Condon will be responsible for developing, leading and coordinating hotel valuation services across the Savills regional platform.

Condon re-joins Savills from Knight Frank in Thailand where he has been the Director of Hotel Valuations for the past 5 years. During this time, he provided valuation advice to a variety of clients in the local Thailand market, as well as several key regional markets including Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar.

Prior to his arrival in Thailand, Condon was a senior valuation surveyor with BNP Paribas Real Estate based in London for 8 years and has also previously held positions with both Savills and Knight Frank in Melbourne.
