IT group secures Carrington Street space

A well known IT group has signed a three year sub-lease deal for office space at level 10, 60 Carrington Street, Sydney as tenancies at this building continue to be highly contested.

Liz Braithwaite of Savills Office Leasing brokered deal on behalf of Folkstone Limited at a rate of $700/sq m.

Ms Braithwaite said the new IT tenants were attracted to the location.

“There is significant interest within tenancies situated on Carrington Street as the building is in close proximity to train stations and areas such as Barangaroo,” she said.

The company will occupy a 395sq m corner suite and will utilise the existing fit-outs.
