Medical centre to transform Seaford Vista development

27 June 2018

An Adelaide-based syndicate has purchased the Seaford Heights Medical Centre for $7.75 million, demonstrating the escalating investor interest in South Australia’s southern region.

The purchaser acquired the 1,412sq m property in the commercial zone of the Seaford Vista residential development at 40 Robinson Road following a competitive off-market campaign.

Savills Australia’s Peter Isaksson and Rino Carpinelli brokered the deal on behalf of Accord Property, achieving a yield of approximately 6.5 percent.

“The medical centre was highly sought after by numerous prospective buyers,” Mr Isaksson said.

“Located on the major southern connector road between Main South Road and Victor Harbor Road, adjacent the Seaford Heights Aldi supermarket, this gateway location attracted strong interest and solid offers from local and interstate groups.”

“The centre was 90 percent pre-committed and demonstrates the demand for investments in this price range,” Mr Carpinelli said.
