Savills nominated Vimefulland property portfolio manager

In February 2018 Vimefulland, of Vimedimex Group officially appointed Savills Vietnam exclusive manager for all their property developments. These include Belleville Hanoi, The Emerald and The Eden Rose, which have been under Savills management since last year and their latest residential projects, Iris Garden & Athena Fulland.

Iris Garden is a 2.2 ha development at 30 Tran Huu Duc Street, adjacent to the major junction of key city routes, Thang Long Avenue, Ring Road 3, Le Duc Tho and Ham Nghi Street. This is an excellent location with top schools, universities and several hospitals all easily accessible as well as the extensive shopping and entertainment facilities nearby such as Pedagogical University, National University, Academy of Journalism and Communication, FPT university, University of Commerce, My Dinh sports complex, Hospital 198, National Institute of Blood and Blood Transfusion. The development comprises 5 towers providing 1,128 apartments in total. The fully integrated resident facilities include a shopping mall, supermarket, healthcare services, restaurants, a kindergarten, pools and tennis courts.

Athena Fulland, with two main areas Athens & Larissa in a total area of 27 hectares, is a mixed – used project developed by Vimefulland with a wide variety of residential and commercial products: condominiums, townhouses, villas, and office-tels. The development offers many 5-star facilities, including green landscape, school, shopping mall, spa, gym, restaurant, spray grounds, offering future residents a convenient and modern lifestyle. With particular emphasis on health care facilities, Vimefulland integrated in Iris Garden, Athens and Larissa each a standard 550- bed family clinic and a mini drugstore.

Both projects construction got underway in late 2017. As property manager, Savills Vietnam is already ensuring the quality of all technical systems on a daily basis to avoid any potential operational issues. As handover approaches, Savills and the developer will take over from subcontractors and establish their management protocols and operational systems. Savills will be recruiting, coaching and training a property management team to their exacting standards to maintain efficient, professional management and processes.

Iris Garden and Athena Fulland Dai Kim will bring the floor space area under Savills property management in Viet Nam to approximately 3 million sqm. Other recent additions in Ha Noi include Thang Long Number One, The Eden Rose, Hanoi Belleville and The Emerald. Major developments in in Ha Noi include StarLake, Mandarin Garden, Richland Southern, BIDV Tower, Capital Tower; and in HCMC, Saigon Pearl, the Vista, Avalon, Riviera Point and Masteri Thao Dien.
