Savills Vietnam appoints new Director for Residential Sales in the North and Central region

SAVILLS VIETNAM APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR FOR RESIDENTIAL SALES IN THE NORTH AND CENTRAL REGION

Savills Vietnam is pleased to announce the promotion of Duong Duc Hien to Director, Residential Sales in the North and Central region from June 2017.

Hien first joined Savills in 2006. Since then, he has rotated between various functions including Commercial Leasing, Business Development, Investment and Residential Sales. In these roles he successfully engaged in and completed numbers of transactions, including exclusive and major projects and high value transfers. These years of experience also developed his leadership competence and great networking with different financial institutions, domestic and foreign investors, which became the advantage for him when switching to Residential Sales in 2014. Since then, he and his Residential Sales team has accomplished numerous deals in the North and Central region of Vietnam, as well as international markets.

Congratulating Hien on his new role, Mr Matthew Powell, Director Savills Hanoi said: “Residential property has always been a core activity at Savills. We are the market leaders in this field.
