Autobarn Takes Braeside Auto Precinct Space

National automotive accessories and spare parts franchise, Autobarn, has agreed terms on the lease of a showroom at Braeside on Melbourne’s south-eastern bayside in a deal brokered by Savills Industrial Executive Keith Kooloos.
The unit 1/249 Boundary Road facility comprises a 400 square metre retail premises which is located on a well-established automotive industry showroom strip.
Mr Kooloos said the property, previously home to Burson Auto Parts for ten years, was leased on a long term lease. The rental was not disclosed.
He said Autobarn had sought a property which offered excellent exposure to passing trade and preferably within an industry specific precinct.
“This was a perfect fit for Autobarn with the required showroom space in the right location and with great exposure to the automotive trade,” Mr Kooloos said.
The lessor is a Melbourne based investor.
