To further support the continued growth of its well established Project Management business, Savills announces the following revised structure, which will take effect from 20 May 2016.

Managing Director of Project Management, Mr Gary Finnegan, will be assuming the role of NSW State Director for Project Management and be based in the Sydney office.

Savills strategy to concentrate on streamlining the Project Management business will ensure it is well positioned to leverage off the strengths and capabilities of its people, integrate business improvement initiatives, and provide an increased client service.

Mr Finnegan said “Our focus is providing exceptional client service and adding value to our clients and their projects. This will be at the core of everything we do.”

Savills Australia & New Zealand CEO, Mr Paul Craig, said, “To manage and deliver on our growth strategy, it was fitting for Mr Finnegan to be based in our Sydney head office where our largest client base is”.

In further changes to the Project Management business, after more than 18 years at Savills, Mr David Nicholas has decided to leave the company.

Mr Finnegan said, “David has contributed significantly to the growth of the Project Management business in NSW and we would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his achievements and commitment to Savills.”
