Rise.pl in Diamante Plaza in Kraków

Rise.pl is active in four Polish cities (Krakow, Warsaw, Katowice and Rzeszów) and on the Czech and Slovak markets. It offers office space to let on flexible terms, including single desks on a short-term basis. Rise.pl was founded in 2003 and Diamante Plaza will be its fourth location in Krakow. The firm is planning to open another office outside Krakow, but as yet has not announced its choice of location.

“The office space most recently leased by Rise.pl is the second large-sized space opened by the firm in the last two years. Diamante Plaza is a Class A office building at 24 Jana Dekerta Street in Krakow. It offers 10,000 sq m of modern office space. The owner and property manager of the building is a Spanish construction firm Aldesa. The office complex was designed by DDJM and completed in 2009. BNP Paribas Real Estate is the exclusive office leasing agent on Diamante Plaza.
