IT company intive was created following the merger of BLStream, SMT Software and Kupferwerk. Its clients include leading multinationals such as BMW, Rossmann, Microsoft, Viacom, Vodafone and Zalando. Intive, which is of Polish, Finnish and German origin, is registered in Poland and headquartered in Munich. It has 11 development centres across Poland and Germany, and regional offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden and France.

“Demand for advanced IT services is rising, fuelled by the digitisation process underway. Poland is becoming an increasingly important IT base for many large international projects. The tenant is expanding at a quick pace and continually taking on more staff. Its new Poznań office will provide a comfortable working environment,” said Piotr Skuza, Associate, Office Agency, Savills.

Szyperska Office Center is a Class A office building offering 18,900 sq m. It is located in Poznań’s city centre, in Szyperska Street, on the bank of river Warta. It features an underground car park, the ground floor with retail and service facilities, and six office floors. The owner of the Szyperska Office Center is Wechta.
