Caspio’s Research and Development Center in K1 in Krakow

09 August 2018

Caspio provides a low-cost platform for business users for creating tailor-made cloud business software, without the need to code them from scratch. Over one million applications used in more than 100 countries have been created on the basis of the company's proprietary platform. Caspio was founded in 2000 in Silicon Valley. Apart from the United States and Poland, the company is also present in Ukraine and the Philippines.

"We are excited about our continued growth in Poland and look forward to expand further once we move to the new offices,” - says Frank Zamani, CEO and founder of Caspio.

The tenant will move to the new space in two phases, at the end of 2018 and at the beginning of 2019.

“Thanks to the availability of well-qualified staff, Kraków is a very attractive location for IT companies. This transaction also shows the complementary functions of serviced offices and traditional office space. The tenant, who was previously using the flexible conditions offered by Regus, decided to move to its own office as the next step in its development,” - says Agnieszka Kuehn, senior consultant in the office agency of the Kraków branch of Savills.

The K1 office building is located on Al. Pokoju 1, near the Grzegórzeckie roundabout, one of Kraków's main communication hubs. The 21-storey building offers a lease area of 11,000 sq m. K1 is owned by PGIM Real Estate (former Pramerica Real Estate Investors).
