Promotions

Wioleta Wojtczak was promoted to Associate Director acting as Head of Research. Wioleta joined Savills in 2011 and is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where she also completed post-graduate studies in real estate valuation. Previously, she gained professional experience at King Sturge.

Małgorzata Lińska-Bator was promoted to Associate Director in the Corporate Finance and Valuation department. Prior to joining Savills in 2015, she worked for EY for nine years. Małgorzata completed master’s degree program at the Warsaw School of Economics and did post-graduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. She is a licensed property valuer and a Member of RICS.

Piotr Skuza was promoted to Associate in the Office Agency acting as a manager for the Poznań regional market. Piotr has strong experience in real estate tenant and landlord representation.

Katarzyna Stasiak was promoted to HR Business Partner in the HR department. Katarzyna joined Savills in 2016 and since 2018 she has been responsible for Savills HR strategy for real estate and asset management, and project management business lines in the firm’s Polish office.

In addition, Bartosz Cisło (corporate finance and valuation department), Bartłomiej Uszkur and Karolina Wójcik-Wrześniewska (investment department) were promoted to senior consultants. New senior project managers include Krzysztof Kuciński and Łukasz Michalak (project management), while Olga Garlej was appointed as a senior leasing manager (retail advisory and transactions).
