Wholesaler MELEDI opens new location in Rotterdam

MELEDI Netherlands B.V. has signed a new long term lease agreement with Dornick B.V. at the Stadionweg 29 in Rotterdam. The lease agreement comprises approximately 3,000 sq m of industrial space.

In collaboration with the landlord, MELEDI has fully modernised the interior as well as the exterior of the Stadionweg. In addition the space was fitted with MELEDI branding. The official opening of the new sales location is on 15 June.

MELEDI is a wholesaler with nine locations throughout the Netherlands and Germany. With a compact format and well-organised assortment of fast moving consumer goods, the formula meets the needs of (fast food) restaurants.

Douglas van Oers, Associate Director Logistics & Industrial at Savills, explains: "The Stadionweg is the perfect location for MELEDI - due to the surrounding hospitality industry and extensive client base that the south side of Rotterdam has to offer. MELEDI has been searching for the perfect location for quite some time, therefore we are proud to have been able to secure this former Praxis location on behalf of our client."
