Epex Spot SE relocates to 'Quarter Plaza', Amsterdam

Savills, on behalf of landlord HighBrook Investors, has signed a new lease agreement with Epex Spot SE at Transformatorweg 74 - 118 in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, better known as ‘Quarter Plaza’.

The lease agreement comprises approx. 900 sq m of office space and 18 parking places. Tenant Epex Spot SE is an energy trading organization. Epex Spot will relocate from Atlas Arena in Amsterdam Zuidoost to Quarter Plaza in Amsterdam Sloterdijk.

The Quarter Plaza office building has been recently renovated redesigned inde wer a new look and feel. The work included the renovation of the main entrance, reception, lift lobbies, workplaces and more.
