HighBrook acquires office building ''Le Mirage'' in Utrecht

Rockspring Property Asset Management has sold the Office building Le Mirage to the New York based investment fund HighBrook Investors.

Le Mirage, located at Vliegend Hertlaan 15-97 in Utrecht, is a well know landmark in the Utrecht region. Divided over 21 upper floors the total floor area comprises approximately 18,500 sq m with 325 parking places in the parking garage. Over the last two years, Rockspring has renovated the common areas in the building and successfully leased out approximately 80 % over the building to strong covenant tenants, amongst others the ABN Amro.
