Successful re-commercialisation of Blue Office - the largest fitness club debut

The recent leases account for approximately 30% of Blue Office’s total office space. Most are new lease transactions by companies that have decided to move to the building. New tenants include OKIN Facility Polska (approximately 1,400 sq m), which specialises in wide range of facility management including technical management and conference services, sports retailer GO Sport (around 1,100 sq m) and Polish IT company Decsoft S.A. (650 sq m).

Of all the new deals, the largest volume of space was leased by German fitness club operator Fit/One, a newcomer to the Polish market. Fit/One will take up nearly 5,000 sq m of former office space at Blue Office. The largest fitness club in Poland is scheduled to open in December 2018.

In addition, two tenants renewed their office leases at Blue City, including Castorama (1,600 sq m) and one of the world’s leading elevator suppliers ThyssenKrupp Elevator (600 sq m).

Real estate advisory firm Savills, the exclusive leasing agent for Blue Office, represented the owner of the scheme in its largest lease with Fit/One and in negotiations with Decsoft S.A.

Blue Office offers nearly 32,000 sq m of office space spread across five levels. It is located in Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw and is part of the Blue City retail complex. Common areas in the office building feature two modern chill-out zones available to tenants. Blue Office also provides a free car park and a special loyalty programme Projekt Sąsiad 2.0 with discounts for shopping in its retail stores. The building has received the BREEAM certificate with a “Very Good” rating. The scheme is owned by Blue Office Sp. z o.o.
