CBRE Global Investors sells Beatrix II office building, The Hague, to Goldman Sachs

CBRE Global Investors has sold the Beatrix II office building, to Goldman Sachs. The sales price was not disclosed.
Beatrix II is a single-tenant office building located on the Prinses Beatrixlaan 23 in the Central Business District of The Hague. The building comprises 25,000 sq m of office space, 3,000 sq m of archive space divided over a ground floor and 18 upper floors. The asset also includes 223 parking spaces.
Ronald van der Waals, Fund manager of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, states: “With the disposal we have completed our disposal program with the objective to recycle capital whereby the proceeds will be reinvested in new projects such as WTC Utrecht, NoMa House and the potential extension of WTC Amsterdam.”
Reinier Wegman, Head of Sales at Savills Netherlands, adds: "As the Savills research report 'City Special The Hague: Turn of the Tide' already stated, we are seeing more and more interest from foreign institutional and opportunistic investors in the The Hague office market.
