Savills advises on new lease agreements Alpha Tower, Amsterdam

On behalf of BGV VI Holland 3 GmbH & Co. KG., Savills has signed new lease agreements in the Alpha Tower in Amsterdam Southeast. The high quality office building located next to the Amsterdam ArenA stadium comprises approximately 19,800 sq m office space. The property consists of 22 floors, making it one of Amsterdam's tallest office buildings. The transaction includes two lease renewals and a new lease agreement with Smith & Associates.

Tenant UBMi has signed a new, long-term lease extension for approximately 1,440 sq m of office space on the 13th and 15th floor of Alpha Tower. Tenant Ystrategists currently leases 365 sq m of office space on the 13th floor and will renew and extend their lease agreement with 565 sq m on the 14th floor. In 2018, Ystrategists will move internally to two consecutive floors on the 7th and 8th floor with a total of 1,450 sq m of office space.

New tenant Smith & Associates has signed a lease agreement for 630 sq m on the 22nd floor of the office building, which offers a beautiful view over the city of Amsterdam.

Following these transactions, 2,000 sq m of office space remains available in the Alpha Tower, including 900 sq m on the 20th floor.
