Savills appointed as property manager of ITO SOM building, Amsterdam South Axis

Union Investment has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage the ITO SOM office building at the Amsterdam South Axis.

The assignment comprises the commercial, technical and administrative management of ITO SOM. The ITO Tower (34,000 sq m) is located at the Gustav Mahler Square and the SOM building (18,000 sq m) at Gustav Mahler Avenue. Tenants include Houthoff Buruma, Accenture, Tribes and Boston Consulting.

Philippine Bogaardt, Head of Commercial Property Management, says: "We are very excited to add this landmark building to our property management portfolio and expand our existing relationship with Union Investment, for whom we currently manage UN Studio, AkzoNobel, Stibbe and the Crowne Plaza hotel."
