Bright Offices Amsterdam Sloterdijk fully let

LaSalle Investment Management (on behalf of the French public service additional pension scheme, L’Etablissement de Retraite Additionnelle de la Fonction Publique (“ERAFP”)) has signed a new lease agreement at the recently acquired La Guardiaweg 36 in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, also known as Bright Offices. The new agreement comprises approximately 4,927 square meters of office space and 41 parking spaces.

The tenant is an American entertainment company specialising in streaming media and video-on-demand online, film and television production, as well as online distribution.

Bright Offices is a multi-tenant office complex comprising four independent buildings in the best part of ‘Amsterdam Sloterdijk’, in the north-western part of the city.  It is a well-recognized back office location which – as one of the main locations of urban expansion – is developing into a multifunctional area. The complex offers excellent access to private and public transport, is located right next to the Sloterdijk intercity station, and is in close proximity to the A10 and A5 motorways. The buildings and the outdoor area have been recently been renovated. Informal workplaces have been developed on the ground floor and the outdoor area is now more lively due to the renewed courtyard. Restaurant pavilion ‘Helder’ will open its doors soon, adding another facility to the property. The pavilion will be commercially exploited and is a nice addition to the emerging Sloterdijk area.

With this transaction Bright Offices are now fully let.
