Savills appoints head of property management in Czech Republic

International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Petr Machula to head up its property management team in the Czech Republic. Petr has over 15 years experience in the Czech real estate market, and for 12 of those years he has been head of property management at Knight Frank, where he built a department of 18. He has worked with some of the major clients in this region including: Invesco Real Estate; GLL; Immofinanz and Palmer Capital.

Ben Maudling, Head of Savills Czech Republic and Slovakia, comments: “I am extremely pleased that Petr is joining our new Savills Czech and Slovak business. He is one of the most experienced property managers in the Czech market and is highly regarded within the industry.
