Savills Studley Relocates CPI to 10 East 40th Street
16 October 2018
Savills Studley today announced the successful completion of a relocation transaction for the global recruiting firm CPI.
CPI is a global investment professional recruiting firm recruiting at all levels from Analyst to Partner. Faced with a looming lease expiration for its office at 11 West 42nd Street, the firm retained Savills Studley’s Joseph Genovesi and Francis Santangelo to devise a solution.
Proximity to Grand Central and a full-floor presence were key search parameters. The Savills Studley team uncovered space around the corner from Grand Central and successfully negotiated a long-term lease for the entire 40th floor of 10 East 40th Street, totaling 7,500 square feet. On a high floor in the center of Manhattan, CPI’s new office has unobstructed, 360-degree views of New York City. A two-minute walk from Grand Central Terminal, 10 East 40th Street offers direct access to several major transportation lines.
Said Genovesi: “CPI’s new home enables the company to remain accessible to its client base while providing a new, flexible office installation that will increase efficiency and boost productivity for the organization.”
The landlord was represented by Richard Teichman and Rick Brickell from Joseph P. Day Realty Corp.
