Savills Studley Carolinas' $3,000 is a Slam Dunk for Charities

20 April 2018

Global real estate advisory services firm Savills Studley today announced the winners of its College Basketball Bracket Challenge and the nonprofit organizations that will receive donations from the firm’s offices in Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham.

The two locations established a $3,000 prize pool from a local profit-sharing fund. The Challenge was free and open to the public. First place winners from each market secured a $1,000 donation for their favorite charity. The runners-up in each city won $500 for a nonprofit of their choosing.

“One of our mottoes in the Savills Studley Carolinas offices is ‘Do good, feel good,’ and we try to keep that feeling going all year long through different philanthropic activities,” said Market Leader Mark Ayers. “With everyone focused on the NCAA basketball tournaments, we wanted to channel that excitement toward a good cause. Contributing these donations to the chosen nonprofits continues our good work and represents our investment in the communities.”
