Home Franchise Concepts Relocates and Expands OC Headquarters

Orange County, Calif. (September 25, 2017) – Home Franchise Concepts (HFC) has signed a lease for its new Orange County headquarters at 19000 MacArthur Boulevard in Irvine. The company will occupy the building’s entire ground floor and half of the seventh for a total of 38,094 square feet, beginning in April of 2018. HFC was previously located in 25,000 square feet at 1927 N. Glassell St. in the city of Orange.

In addition to corporate offices, the space will feature a state-of-the-art education and training facility for franchise owners in the home services industry, providing the tools, resources and expertise to foster business ownership success.

19000 MacArthur is a nine-story Class A building located directly across from the John Wayne Airport at the major intersection of MacArthur and Campus. HFC will have prominent building-top signage, further supporting the company’s brand visibility.

The building owner, C.M. Stratplan, Inc, was represented in the transaction by Jason Ward, Managing Director, and Greg Brown, Executive Director, of Cushman & Wakefield, who are the listing brokers for the project.
