Alchemy Properties and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners Relocate

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, announced that it has completed a new lease for real estate investment and development companies Alchemy Properties and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners at 800 Third Avenue.

Alchemy Properties is a privately held, fully integrated real estate developer of condominium, rental, retail and mixed-use properties throughout the New York metropolitan area led by Kenneth Horn, Joel Breitkopf and Alexander Saltzman. Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners is the partnership of Alchemy Properties and ABR Partners, a New York-based real estate investment and development company led by Brian Ray.

The businesses will move to 9,575 square feet on the 22nd floor of 800 Third Avenue in early 2018, relocating from 6,700 square feet at 641 Lexington Avenue. 800 Third Avenue is a 41-story glass and steel office tower located between 49th and 50th Streets on the east side of Midtown Manhattan. The neighborhood is teeming with hotels, dining and shopping conveniences and is ideally located just steps from Grand Central Terminal and the 4, 5, 6, E and M subway lines.

Savills Studley Executive Vice President Stephen Berliner and Managing Director Gary Kerper represented Alchemy Properties and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners in the long-term lease transaction. The landlord, 800 Third Avenue Associates, LLC, was represented by Richard Teichman of Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation.
