Clearlink Picks Downtown Scottsdale for Its Newest Office Location; Secures Nearly 40K-SF with Savills Studley

21 July 2016

Clearlink, a SYKES company, offers inbound demand generation and sales conversion services. The growing company has chosen the Greater Phoenix Area for its first office outside of Utah. Nearly 100 new Clearlink employees started training at the company’s Salt Lake City headquarters on June 27, 2016. The company’s expansion plans include hiring 500 employees for the new site, which occupies nearly 40,000 square feet at the Galleria Corporate Centre, a Class A office complex in Downtown Scottsdale—one of the area’s most sought after submarkets. Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, executed the lease transaction for this expansion on behalf of Clearlink.

“Identifying the right market and office space for an expansion is a pivotal decision for any rapidly growing company,” said Phil Hansen, Clearlink’s CEO. “Clearlink’s expansion to the Greater Phoenix Area will give us increased exposure within a growing and diverse business community; along with access to a talented workforce.”

“The dynamic office space we have secured matches Clearlink’s unique and award-winning culture,” Hansen added.

The Galleria is located at 4301 N Scottsdale Road, with immediate access to all major freeways in Phoenix and 10 miles away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Galleria tenants include Weebly, Yelp and McKesson and have access to extensive on-site amenities such as valet parking, car detailing and a café. Within just one mile of the complex, Clearlink employees will find over 50 restaurants, 30 bars, 5,000 existing multi-family units and 1,000 more under construction.

Clearlink was represented in this transaction by Savills Studley Senior Vice President and Phoenix Branch Manager Tiffany Winne and Senior Managing Director Michael White.

“Downtown Scottsdale is one of the Southwest’s premier destinations to work and play,” said Savills Studley Senior Managing Director Michael White. “This distinct location offers limitless potential for a young and vibrant company like Clearlink. The unique space will help reinforce their position at the forefront of their industry.”

As a part of a favorable lease agreement, Savills Studley was able to secure extensive concessions for Clearlink, including move-in ready furniture, fixtures and equipment provided by the landlord. Clearlink’s new space features a stylish open-office layout design, in addition to private training and conference rooms equipped with modern telecommunication technologies.
