Savills Studley’s Atlanta Office Hires Kevin Rodriguez to Lead Project Management Group

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, has hired Kevin Rodriguez, one of the region’s top project management professionals, as a corporate
managing director for its Atlanta office.

As the new leader for Savills Studley’s Project Management Group’s Atlanta region, Rodriguez and his team will be responsible for delivering various commercial interior and development projects, from concept to close out.

Formerly, Rodriguez served as a senior project manager for JLL and also as a project manager for CBRE.

Rodriguez’s career originated with an Atlanta-based facilities management company before becoming an owner’s representative for complex commercial real estate projects. Since then, he has managed projects totaling over seven million square feet for over 200 clients around the country. Rodriguez’s portfolio encompasses projects of most every real estate sector including office, industrial, retail, healthcare and technology.

In recent years, Rodriguez has worked on some of the Atlanta region’s most notable projects, including PWC’s consolidation in Midtown Atlanta (140,000 square feet) Fiserv’s regional headquarters in Alpharetta (375,000 square feet), Manheim’s headquarters in Sandy Springs (225,000 square feet), and most recently, the 200,000 square feet corporate headquarters for Mercedes-Benz USA.
