Savills Promotes Sarah Dreyer Promoted to Chief Information Officer

NEW YORK (January 11, 2024) – Savills today announced the promotion of Sarah Dreyer to Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) for North America. Dreyer steps into the role after the firm’s previous CIO, Patrick McGrath was elevated to President, West Region in 2022.

As CIO, Dreyer will continue to oversee the firm’s research, development, and IT strategies across North America, working closely with various departments to ensure the deployment of advanced systems that provide essential data for internal stakeholders and their clients and prospects. She and her team will continue to lead several significant projects, notably Savills enterprise artificial intelligence initiatives, modernizing Savills platform systems, and establishing best-in-class technology and data partnerships for the benefit of the firm and our clients.

Dreyer previously served as Executive Vice President, Information Technology and Digital Strategy, a role in which she was appointed to in 2022. Prior to that, she held the position of Head of Research for the Americas.

As Vice President, Head of Americas Research, Dreyer evolved the firm’s research data landscape. She digitized Savills research data footprint, integrating it seamlessly into the firm’s CRM, and significantly expanded the team's size and capabilities, notably in new research verticals like industrial, life sciences, and technology.

In 2022, with a promotion to Executive Vice President, Information Technology and Digital Strategy, Dreyer continued to unify all data, research and engineering teams, resulting in the enhancement of powerful pitch and client tools. She also expanded the firm’s support desk function, focusing on “Four Seasons” service and seamless integrations.
