Savills releases UK Sustainability Report for 2022

20 June 2023

The planet, our people and the communities which our business touches remain at the heart of what we do and we recognise the importance of sustainability within the built environment.

Our 2022 Sustainability Report showcases our progress against our sustainability strategy which focuses on the three core areas of climate, culture and community. For the first time, we have mapped our report directly against each of our nine United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and our specific targets are detailed in the appendix.

  • Donated £726,000 and 4,780 working hours to charities, educational outreach and community outreach projects
  • 54% of those promoted in the business in 2022 were women, up from 51% in 2021
  • 23% of our applicants for all roles as of March 2022 are from an ethnic minority up from 14 per cent in April 2021
