Savills wins Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at the Personnel Today Awards

The awards, which celebrate achievement and innovation in HR and L&D, took place on 15 November at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane.

The Future Talent Team, led by Naomi Chandler, picked up the award, with Serena Phillips, Professional Apprenticeships Manager, helping to lift the gong.

The team was recognised for its innovative approach to apprenticeships, bringing in a diverse workforce that is helping to future-proof the business.

Serena said: “It was a fantastic win for the team and shows how successful our programme has been so far, enabling us to look for and find talent in places we have traditionally not been able to reach. We know from feedback around the business that our apprentices are some of our most valued colleagues and this award shows that we are travelling in the right direction.”
