Pim Keij strengthens Savills Netherlands valuation team

Pim Keij joined real estate advisor Savills on 3 October as Associate Director in the Valuation department, based at the firm’s Amsterdam office. As part of Pim’s new role he will manage the Residential valuation team.

Pim has extensive experience as a valuer, both with international real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield and with retail specialist Kroese Paternotte, where he also worked on strengthening the residential valuation specialisation. Pim is RICS certified, a Registered Valuer and in possession of a GZV (Commercial Real Estate) endorsement.

Martijn Onderstal, Head of Valuation at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pim before, and I am convinced that he will make an excellent addition to our existing team.
