Savills continues to scale its property management business: appoints Winnie Wong as Managing Director

Savills Property Management Pte Ltd has named Winnie Wong as its Managing Director to be responsible for managing the overall business, taking over from Chan Kok Hong, who has been heading the firm for over 27 years. Chan Kok Hong will assume a new role as Senior Consultant and will continue to offer his support and expertise to the management team.

Savills Property Management Pte Ltd has also announced the promotion of Tang Chee Charn, to Deputy Managing Director and he will be directly responsible for the firm’s expansion into commercial strata and industrial properties.

Winnie has been with Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants Pte Ltd since 2003, which is widely recognised as the largest privately-owned strata management company in Singapore. The firm merged with Savills in 2011 to become Savills Property Management Pte Ltd. She has held several senior roles and was involved in the management of prestigious commercial and residential projects such as Tang Plaza, Signature Park and St Regis Residences.

Savills Singapore presented Kok Hong with a Long Service Award, to recognize and celebrate Kok Hong’s substantial contributions to the company and industry as a whole, during the recent Savills Dinner and Dance event.
