Savills Appointed As The Property Manager At HCO Building

22 April 2024

HCO Building has a prime location at 44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi. Its position ensures connectivity to administrative offices, embassies, leading foreign companies, and Vietnamese businesses. Established in 1998, HCO Building was one of the first Grade A office buildings in Ha Noi's central financial and diplomatic area. Given its age, comprehensive operational, maintenance, and renovation plans are essential in maintaining the quality of the building and extending its lifespan. These upgrades will contribute to fostering loyalty from its high-profile tenants such as embassies and multinational companies.

Ms Vu Kieu Hanh, Director of Property Management, Savills Ha Noi, stated: “Degradation will differ depending on construction quality, design, weather conditions and the surrounding environment as well as operational efficiency. To deliver services that cater to the unique characteristics of HCO Building, Savills will help the developer adjust its technical systems to increase operational efficiency and reduce expenses. Savills teams will prioritise risk management and anticipate costs for repairs and improvements based on the building’s age. This will ensure the property continues to deliver Grade A experiences to its diverse tenants.

As the new management agent at HCO Building, Savills will optimise system operations, ensuring stable, safe, and efficient operations. The management team will also run community engagement activities, which will be beneficial to occupiers at HCO Building. This will foster tenant loyalty and bolster the property’s competitiveness in the Grade A office market,” Ms Hanh added.

The signing ceremony marks the strategic partnership between SAS-CTAMAD and Savills Viet Nam. With professionalism in management, Savills will contribute to enhancing the value and experiences that HCO Building delivers to customers.
