Savills Appointed to Sell Falcon - New Development in Manchester’s Victoria North

A partnership with Manchester City Council, Falcon is located in the city’s vibrant Red Bank neighbourhood.

The 20-storey, brick exterior tower comprises of one, two and three-bedroom homes and ground floor commercial units. The new open-plan homes, including a number of apartments with private terraces, will feature generous floor to ceiling windows providing dual aspect views of Manchester city centre and the surrounding Red Bank area.
