Savills Appoints Ricky W.K. Lau as Managing Director (Leasing)

Ricky, who has worked with the company for over 17 years, his dedication, and remarkable achievements has brought great success to our company.  Ricky will report directly to the undersigned and will have the responsibility of overseeing the leasing business in Hong Kong, which includes Office Leasing, Retail, and Residential Services. 

Ricky has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and adaptability throughout his time at the company. He has proven his ability to think innovatively and introduce transformative strategies, even in the face of challenging market conditions this year.  His track record speaks to his commitment to finding creative solutions and driving positive change within the organization.

With this promotion, Ricky will be entrusted with the overall management and strategic direction of the leasing business in Hong Kong. This includes developing and implementing leasing strategies, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of leasing transactions across various sectors.
