Savills Ha Noi Appointed at T&T Head Office Building as a New Property Manager

T&T Head Office Building is at 31-33 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi. Savills is proud to have been appointed as the property manager for this prestigious development and will deliver services that meet international standards, utilise high technology, streamline processes to optimise operational costs and improve experiences for users.  

The neo-classical building is the workspace for approximately 400 T&T Group employees. T&T Groups aims to deliver a safe, convenient, and interactive working environment and has created a building that meets green and Grade A office building standards and has a multi-layered AI-integrated security camera system and facial recognition security.

As safety and security are a priority at this project, Savills will collaborate with specialised departments at T&T Group to establish an internal staff database and manage individual access in different zones of the building. AI cameras and facial ID systems will ensure safety and restrict access accordingly. For security, cleaning and landscaping contractors, the management board will also closely monitor them through established working schedules and verified personnel registration. 

AI cameras and facial ID systems also simplify operations and improve user experience. Staff can access different areas in the building through facial recognition, rather than using traditional access cards or PIN codes. Unnecessary physical contact is also minimised, which supports health and hygiene. 

Savills Property Cube application will allow staff to provide feedback on service quality or contact the management board quickly.  The integration of smart technology and automation in office spaces, also known as smart offices, is increasingly popular in Viet Nam. Smart offices enhance information and asset security and support the management and optimisation of resources, which supports cost saving, protects the environment, and improves user experiences. Smart offices deliver a competitive advantage for commercial real estate.
