Savills Signs Strategic Partnership with T&T Group

In June 2023, T&T Group officially appointed Savills Viet Nam as the property management agency at No. 2 Pham Ngoc Thach. T&T Group develops sustainable real estate projects across diverse segments that deliver high-end services and legal transparency. At No. 2 Pham Ngoc Thach, T&T Group had prioritised customer experience and health from the design stage. It will partner with Savills to ensure the property upholds and delivers green solutions, given Savills ability to deliver on ESG criteria in its property management solutions.   

Situated in Dong Da District, Ha Noi, No. 2 Pham Ngoc Thach has direct access to the city centre and public amenities, including hospitals, schools, and shopping malls. Its green living spaces were inspired by Singaporean vertical gardens and are a unique selling point. The apartments and offices were designed sustainably and have green spaces that facilitate healthy living and working conditions. The project also features amenities such as a shopping centre, entertainment and yoga area. 

Following the developer’s sustainability goals, Savills will deliver management solutions that prioritise ESG while showcasing the project’s distinctive characteristics. Savills will implement its international standards and proptech solutions like Property Cube. The proptech solutions will mean the management board can monitor, analyse, and develop plans to save energy, protect the environment, and enhance long-term operational efficiency.
