Savills appoints Dr. Annie Woo as Regional Director & Head of Integrated Real Estate Advisory Services (IREAS)

• Dr. Annie Woo appointed as Regional Director & Head of Integrated Real Estate Advisory Services (IREAS), Asia.
• IREAS is a new Savills service line dedicated to a wide spectrum of urban development and real estate optimisation advisory in Asia and global markets.
• IREAS will work closely with Savills teams and industry partners globally, to provide end-to-end solutions.

Savills has named Dr. Annie Woo as its Regional Director and Head of Integrated Real Estate Advisory Services (IREAS). She will be reporting directly to Martin Fidden, Regional Managing Director and Head of Professional Services.

IREAS will provide a variety of advisory services across the whole real estate portfolio including Property Economics, Portfolio Planning & Strategy, Project Delivery Strategy and Implementation, Placemaking, Stakeholder Engagements, Highest & Best Use Assessments, Master Plan Strategy, Development Positioning and Feasibility Studies, among others. The team will exercise an integrated approach to tasks, working closely with Savills teams and industry partners globally, to provide end-to-end solutions.

Dr. Woo will be based in Singapore, where she will oversee IREAS and be responsible for real estate advisory in Asia and key global markets. She brings decades of experience from within Singapore and abroad, having provided consultancy services in numerous key markets across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and the Americas.

Dr. Woo joins Savills from Cistri and prior to that, she headed the Consulting division at CBRE Singapore. She has extensive knowledge of all asset types in both the public and private sectors, with over 25 years of experience in real estate. Notably, Dr. Annie has successfully executed numerous major projects such as the Jurong Innovation District, Jewel Changi Airport and is currently providing strategic development and delivery advisory for a major global processing and distribution hub in Southeast Asia.

Savills has also appointed Mr. Liow Yurong as Associate Director and Mr. Juan Wen Yu as Senior Manager. They will be responsible for feasibility and market analysis for large-scale consulting projects as well as real estate master planning and public policy advisory.

IREAS will primarily focus on regional markets and work closely on Singapore projects with Alan Cheong, Executive Director and Head of Research & Consultancy Singapore. Mr Cheong will continue reporting to Singapore Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Loo.
