Savills Bolsters VIC Residential Projects Team

Savills Australia’s Melbourne office has further bolstered its growing Residential Projects team with the appointment of Sales Executive, Charles Callis.

Mr Callis joins Savills with a strong background of successful residential sales in Melbourne with both Castran Gilbert and Synergy BSM/SPEC Property, including marketing and selling of new and established property, residential project sales, and procurement of listings.

Savills Director Residential Projects, John Kravaritis, said he was very pleased to have been able to appoint such a highly regarded candidate.

“Charles has a proven track record in sales within Melbourne’s residential market including importantly, residential project sales, which will further enhance the team’s ability to offer first rate service to our clients.

Mr Callis will be based at the firm’s 140 William Street head office but will also work from Savills various project display suites around Melbourne.
