VIP Expressions of Interest Campaign Starts for Stellar Ryde

On 19 November, CWG Development (formerly Chiwayland Australia) commenced its VIP expressions of interest campaign for its newest boutique project – Stellar Ryde, an $80 million bold structure designed by acclaimed architectural practice SJB. The project will officially launch on Saturday 3 December.

Located in the heart of Ryde’s food and entertainment precincts on the corner of Devin Street and Victoria Road, Stellar Ryde comprises 95 stunning apartments spread across two buildings reaching eight and five levels high which wrap around a central landscaped courtyard.

Stage one prices start at $599,000 to $675,000 for one beds (52 - 59sq m internal), 2 beds are priced from $799,000 to $955,000 (75 - 80sq m internal) and 3 beds are priced from $999,000 to $1.029 million (97sq m internal). All apartments include a car space and most enjoy a Northerly aspect. 

Stellar Ryde comprises 38 - 1 beds, 53 - 2 beds and 4 - 3 beds. Nine floor plate options are on offer and 24 apartment types.
