John Holland Takes AMP Lease

31 October 2016

Leading engineering contractor, John Holland, has agreed terms on a new lease for its Sydney headquarters, overlooking Circular Quay in the heart of Sydney’s CBD in a deal brokered by Savills Director, Rob Dickins.

Mr Dickins said John Holland had taken an 1,172 square metre space on an undisclosed term at $670 a square metre net at the AMP Centre Tower at 50 Bridge Street.

He said the level nine space would provide the tenant with quality fitted out project space in one of Sydney CBD’s best locations, at a cost competitive level.

“The AMP tower is one of the CBD’s best A Grade towers both in terms of quality, accessibility and the type of facilities it offers tenants and their clients.

“It really ticks all the boxes a tenant like John Holland might require and, in this instance, that has certainly been the case,” Mr Dickins said.

The 44 storey office building, just 200 metres from Circular Quay, provides quick access to trains and ferries, includes a street level accessible food court/retail plaza with IGA, a newsagency and several coffee shops and food vendors.
